At The Way of Wellbeing, massage is more than just a physical treatment, it is a holistic practice that nurtures the body, mind, and soul. My approach is intuitive and connected to you. Integrating traditional techniques, breathwork, and energetic awareness to create a personalized healing experience. Every session is tailored to your unique needs, whether you seek physical relief, emotional release or energetic balance. Together, we set an intention, allowing your body and energy to guide the process. Using a blend of different techniques mostly Lomi Lomi, Deep Tissue and Shiatsu. I adapt the techniques in the moment—ranging from gentle, flowing movements to deep, targeted pressure. The goal is to help you release tension, restore balance, and reconnect with yourself.

Physical Unwinding

This massage is designed to provide deep relief and full-body relaxation, making it ideal for addressing chronic muscle tension, restricted movement, and general stress. Whether you’re experiencing a stiff shoulder, lower back pain, or overall tightness, this treatment supports both physical recovery and deep relaxation.

We work on a massage table, using a combination of deep tissue techniques, myofascial release, and flowing relaxation strokes, we work slowly and intentionally to release knots, adhesions, and restrictions in your body. helping restore mobility, improve circulation, and relieve pain, allowing the nervous system and your body to fully unwind and reset.

This massage offers the best of both worlds: intensive relief for tension and a deeply calming experience.

 

 

Emotional Support

A  heartwarming massage experience whith a gentle yet profound touch in a safe and supportive environment, where you can connect with your emotions, body, hart and soul. A moment to let go, surrender and fully relax in the present moment.

This massage focuses on your well-being as a spiritual being. We primarily work in the traditional Hawaiian way, practicing Lomi Lomi, combining this with breathwork and emotional support.

The flowing strokes can feel like a nurturing embrace, while the massage also provides space to simply be and deeply relax. During the massage, I invite you to use your breath to connect with any areas of tension, pain or restrictions and explore the emotions that may be stored there.

We work on a massage table with a Lomi Lomi sheet, which allows me to massage underneath your body as well. Lomi Lomi is a traditional Hawaiian healing art and can be an intimate experience. I recommend undressing fully to allow for the full effect of the massage. The long, flowing strokes connect almost the entire body—the back, but also the front, including the belly and chest area. However, nothing is mandatory. Your safety and comfort are always my top priority. If you prefer certain areas not to be massaged or if you feel more comfortable being more coverd, that is completely possible. The session is tailored to what feels right for you.

 

Energetic Balance

In this session, we work with your body to restore the natural flow of energy( Qi), helping you feel both grounded and revitalized. We create space for your energy to move freely again, promoting harmony between body and mind.

When Qi (energy) becomes blocked or unbalanced, it can lead to tension, fatigue, or emotional stagnation. Through this session, we help you to let your Qi flow freely again, restoring harmony and overall well-being.

The session takes place on a Thai/Shiatsu mat on the floor. You remain fully clothed in loose, comfortable clothing to allow for ease of movement. Using a blend of Shiatsu and Thai massage techniques. The experience can feel like a moving meditation, encouraging deep relaxation while also energizing and grounding your body.

Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, this practice works with the body’s meridian system, yin-yang balance, and the five-element theory to promote deep healing and alignment. By creating space for energy to move freely, we bring balance to both body and mind.

Lomi Lomi

Lomi Lomi is a traditional Hawaiian healing art, offering a nurturing, connected, and deeply cherishing experience that goes beyond physical touch. It is a spiritual and energetic journey, where we invite spirit to work through us, allowing healing on all levels; body, mind and soul. This practice helps release tension, restore balance, and promote both emotional and physical healing. The flowing, rhythmic strokes can feel like a warm embrace, encouraging you to surrender, release, and reconnect with yourself. Each session begins with a Pule (prayer) and Oli (chant) to honor the tradition, the ancestors, and the universal life forces that supports healing processes. We take time to discuss your needs, emotions, and personal intentions, setting the tone for a session tailored to what your heart and soul needs, whether that be emotional release, deep relaxation, or energetic balance. Using long flowing strokes the massage moves seamlessly across the entire body, much like ocean waves. Breathwork, gentle rocking, deep pressure, and stretching may also be incorporated to support the natural flow of energy and encourage deep relaxation. Lomi Lomi can be an intimate experience, and your safety and comfort are always the priority. Traditionally, this massage is performed with no clothing to allow for the full effect of the long, continuous strokes. However, nothing is mandatory, you decide what feels right for you. If you prefer to remain partially covered or if there are areas you don’t want to be touched, this is completely respected. A Lomi Lomi session is more than just a massage, it is an invitation to surrender, let go, and reconnect with your inner essence. It provides a space to release what no longer serves you, welcome in new energy, and leave you feeling restored, balanced, and deeply nourished.

Deep Tissue

Slow, deep techniques that target physical restrictions and muscle tension, ideal for releasing chronic tightness and improving mobility.

Sport Massage

for muscle recovery and injury prevention, this treatment helps relieve fatigue, soreness, and stiffness after intense activity.

Myofascial Release

focusing on releasing the fascia, the connective tissue to restore mobility and reduce pain.

Vreeling massage

A deep tissue massage without the use of oil, performed with slow, intentional strokes to penetrate deeper layers of muscle and fascia.

Thai massagee

Performed on a mat on the floor, Thai massage uses a combination of pressure points,

stretching, and joint mobilization to restore energy flow and flexibility.

Shiatsu

A Japanese massage style influenced by Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Shiatsu incorporates acupressure points, gentle stretches, and deep, grounding techniques to rebalance the body’s energy.

Heart De-armouring

Over time, we may develop emotional armor to protect ourselves. This massage helps release emotional blockages, allowing for deeper self-connection and emotional freedom.

Psoas Release

The psoas muscle is a deep core muscle connected to back pain, posture, and emotional tension. This treatment focuses on releasing the psoas to improve mobility and alleviate pain.
